Trip Inclusions: Trips include lodging (based on double occupancy), all meals, park entrance fees and scheduled airport shuttle. Multisport tours include all rental equipment. For trips beginning on a Sunday, you may find airfare savings by arriving in our gateway town on Saturday and staying overnight before our meeting. If you decide to do this, you are responsible for your own lodging expense on Saturday night. If this option appeals to you, we will be happy to recommend moderately-priced local hotels. Trips do not include airfare, beverages at dinner (except soft drinks, coffee and tea) or guide gratuities.

Single Supplement: Our rates are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers may request either a single room or a roommate and Tahoe Trips & Trails will do its absolute best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to pair you with a roommate, your trip cost will be subject to a single supplement.

Cancellation and Refunds: In the event we must cancel a trip due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. However, we urge you to buy trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself, on the off-chance that a trip is cancelled or that you need to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot assume responsibility for incidental or consequential expenses you might incur, such as equipment or auto rental, air/bus/train travel costs, etc. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your trip start date, there is a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds on reservations cancelled within 60 days of your trip start date.

Deposit: $500 per person for all trips. Please read our cancellation policy. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposits.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure: Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure: Please make check payable in U.S. funds to Tahoe Trips & Trails, and mail to the address below. Credit cards are not accepted for final payment.

Difficulty Levels:Individual tours are not rated for difficulty. Each tour includes two guides (some tours will include three). Guests will be able to travel at their own pace, and guides will accommodate all ability levels. While multisport trips are geared toward the beginner to intermediate athlete, more advanced members of the group will have plenty of opportunities to challenge themselves.
