What to Expect:
See how time has carved an immense sea of canyons and mazes. In this geologist's paradise, you can view almost every rock formation created in the Colorado Plateau over the past 250 million years.
You'll hike in Dead Horse Point State Park and enjoy far-reaching views into Canyonlands National Park with the mighty Colorado River 2,000 feet below.
In Arches National Park, you'll weave through a wonderland of standing desert rocks and visit eight famous arches including Landscape Arch, the largest in the world. From here, you'll head out to explore native ruins in Natural Bridges National Monument where the Anasazi once flourished.
You'll then transfer to Bluff, Utah, a charming, turn-of-the century town and your home for the next two nights. In Bluff we'll hike to preserved ruins, view granaries, pictographs and petroglyphs and perhaps even find an ancient arrowhead. Get away and enjoy the secrets of the Southwest with us.
