Picnic Lunches

Bon Appetite called our lunches "irresistible". Trail picnic lunch includes: fresh, locally baked breads, deli meats, assorted cheeses, sliced vegetables, dip, pasta salad, chips, fresh fruits and cookies. Served with pressed linens at a location with a beautiful vista.

Fee: $15.00 per person

Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservation: To guarantee a tour date, a 50% non-refundable deposit for each participant anticipated is required at time of reservation.

Final Billing: A final count of participants is due 14 days prior to tour date for all groups. The final bill will be based on that final count. Tahoe Trips & Trails guarantees transportation and guides to cover the final count. If you wish to include additional clients after the final count date we will do our best to accommodate them and do so at the agreed upon price per person.

Final Payment: Is due within two weeks of tour or a late charge of $29.00 and finance charges will be applied as stated on invoice.

Other: We do not guarantee the weather or refund money if you cancel due to weather. If the weather is unacceptable or unsafe for the planned outdoor activity, Tahoe Trips & Trails will offer an alternative tour, at no additional charge. Add and additional $5.00 per person for South Shore and Reno tours.
